The Refined Ritual Spa — Cancellation Policy
At The Refined Ritual Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ours, and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest who may be waiting for an opening.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Our estheticians dedicate their time to preparing for each personalized service. Last-minute changes or missed appointments impact both our team and other clients hoping for availability. This policy helps us maintain fairness and high-quality service for everyone.
